"First time staying. First with the positive. The property was located on a nice beach. The property and room were clean. The swimming pool s were nice. Ok now with the negative. Food was just so so. You won't go hungry. They do the best they can. There was never a "hot" meal, buffet is what you get. The restaurants on the property were closed or not open on the dates we wanted. Besides that if you are handy capped you have stairs to climb on two of them which would be hard for my wife. I should mention we stayed 6 nights. There was a sewer smell every day we were there on the first floor in the bar !!! The outdoor hot tub sauna did not work at any time. At the buffet you can eat on the outside but birds will attack your food. The place we stayed out years ago had netting which stopped this. The employees were nice mostly but you could tell they didn't really like there job and probably the pay they were receiving. You get what you pay for and I wish we could have spent a little more and had a better memory."

"The staff was wonderful, friendly, and always willing to assist. Only issue we had was with out shower head being broken. Took two days of us constantly reaching out to the front desk for any assistance. Other than that, it’s a phenomenal resort."

"The room is nice. The staff *mainly the women workers* are very blunt and rude throughout the entire Atlantis property. At your nice dine in options, the service is PHENOMENAL! Overall great, and very expensive stay! Be prepared to spend $ every day! Min your find is 20 per person for lunch on very small portions. But it’s a vacation, so that doesn’t matter any way, right? Haha!"

They even helped us arrange an unforgettable private 4-hour boat charter, where we explored some of the Bahamas’ best sights, including Pig Island, snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, and enjoying a floating bar. It was easily one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel itself is pristine. The rooms are spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The pool is perfectly heated to 88 degrees, making it ideal for a relaxing swim at any time of day. The food is also top-tier—fresh, flavorful, and consistently high quality. If you’re looking for peace, quiet, and truly outstanding customer service, do not waste your time searching for another hotel. Goldwynn is the place to be. I will absolutely be returning in the near future and already look forward to my next relaxing stay."
