"This a terrific hotel in the heart of the Gateshead countryside. The staff are extremely efficient and very helpful to make stay the best experience ever. The restaurant food is of a very high standard, never a bad meal yet. The only negative is that GPS systems for one reason or another can not find location. So we eventually found that if you input North Rise, it will take right to the Bowes Incline Hotel, —- go figure ! Great stay."

"I had a great time here and felt like I was at home not in a hotel. It had everything I needed and was close to the beach. They were so friendly and happy to help me find my way around the area.
