The one plus was the friendly and helpful staff and clean bedding. The rooms were not clean, hallways needed to be vacuumed, bathrooms were run down. A woman walked through the hotel with a cigarette. If we were not staying for less than 24 hrs, we would have went somewhere else.

Decent low cost hotel for a night or two. The front desk staff was great. The location is good, very near the train station and the food truck paradise. The hotel is just very old inside and very basic. A lot of things were partially broken or very worn. They very kindly moved me rooms when the TV was broken.

There was an unpleasant odor in the hallways. The room was reasonably clean, but mold in the bathroom. Cracks around the tub, damaged lamp shade and side table. The staff was helpful, parking convenient, air conditioning efficient. The place seems to be undergoing repairs. Hopefully, these damages will be addressed. It could be a nice place in a convenient location.

I was really surprised to find the room at such a low price, because most of the other hotels that had a pool were nearly $200 or more. The welcoming employees, spacious parking lot and overall cleanliness was much more than I expected. I knew it was too good to be true. After bringing up all of our luggage, we put on our bathing suits and headed to the pool. When I asked the hotel receptionist how late the pool would be open, I was told that there is no pool. We were so disappointed, because it was for using the pool that we chose this hotel, and extended our trip by one extra day/night. I was especially frustrated, because I spent over an hour searching for a convenient, budget friendly hotel, with a pool. I do not understand why the online websites advertise this hotel as having a pool. It was not only listed under amenities, but there were a few photos of a pool as well

The staff was excellent very nice inviting knew their jobs but the property was terrible. There was a rubber glove over the smoke detector. Cigarette burns all over the bathroom small hairs all over the bathroom ceiling. The shower curtain rod was broken to the point that the shower curtain did not stay closed eventually just sunk to the bottom, the shades were falling off the wall. The chair was is terrible shape, I had traveled for about 24 hours without eating and had already ordered food while in the Uber so I decided to stay. I took pictures of everything in case I was charged for the damage which I wasn’t, like I said the staff was excellent.

It was a clean room but everything in it was OLD. The hall by the elevator smelled bad until they finally cleaned the carpet on day two. One of the elevators has been broken for months. The staff was fine and helpful. Location is conveniently close to the highway and Yale. We didn’t have breakfast there as the staff had no clue if there were any vegan options. Probably would not stay again depending on other options.

The hotel had 8 floors and one of two elevators worked. The hotel was busy. Check in staff were nice and accomadating, check out staff was not as helpful. The room was not a clean as I would have liked as the soles of my white socks told me what the conditon of the floor was really like. Bathroom shower had a steady stream of a leak. On the positive side the breakfast was ok and there was plently of hot water. The new juice and resturant next door was great.

Checkin was very easy, room air conditioning was great. One of the elevators was out of order and from what someone said, it has been for a week. No water in the lobby. Breakfast was good, but coffee took a long time to refill, as was milk for cereal. Tables in lobby were never cleaned. Right now, it’s 2.5 hours past breakfast, and tables are still dirty!

Rooms were not cleaned at all. Floors were filthy and sticky. The pull out couch mattress had very questionable stains all over it. The bed had hair and stains under the covers. The restroom floor was dirty and had hair. The only good thing was they changed out our towels daily. Breakfast was decent. Motorcycles were extremely loud at nights
