"Nice stay with good facilities. Staff are friendly. Spa facilities were being used for an infant class swimming lesson which made it very busy and not relaxing "
"It was a clean room, with a beautiful white duvet cover, and white towels in the bathroom.
The breakfast is in a cupboard and a fridge and is a fine breakfast, with bread, yogurt, jams, and cereal, with tea, coffee, hot chocolate.
The Candlesticks is very different, which is lovely."
"Parking was great, easy to access, check in was simple and quick.
Room was okay, no shaving plug in bathroom to charge toothbrush which for us unfortunately needed charging. The biscuits were a nice touch as they were freshly made. Milk for tea and coffee limited and we had to ask for more which was provided by reception. Comfortable bed and we slept okay but no air conditioning, in the summer I can see this being more of an issue.
No wardrobe or draws in room apart from a few hangers on the wall so we had to leave our bags packed.
Breakfast was nice, you get filter coffee but there is an additional charge if you want a cappuccino which was a first for us. "
"We’ve stayed here before and the hotel was passable. But this time there was no hot water for at least 2 days in half the hotel. The hotel continued to book people into those rooms despite the lack of a basic amenity. This was on top of the food being particularly poor - we saw several meals being sent back to the kitchen. In the end we cancelled the remaining night on our stay and went elsewhere, and we definitely weren’t alone in this."
The Three Swans Hotel, Market Harborough, Leicestershire
10/10 Excellent
"We had a super 1 night stay at the Three Swans. The food was very nice , friendly locals in the bar, the staff were without exception very warm and welcoming while the room we stayed in (room 108) was spotlessly clean comfortable bed and a fabulous shower
Thoroughly recommend this hotel "
"Room climate control kept returning to 19 deg C despite attempts to up temperature to 22 deg C. I woke up with a migraine and could not partake of either the spa or buffet breakfast which was included in my stay so cannot comment on these aspects of the hotel facilities."
