"We stayed here for two nights while visiting my mum in hospital. The location was good. From the outside, the hotel looks run down, and the car park to. Once inside its a lot better, clean, looked after and very friendly and helpful staff. The bedroom we had was a good size, a comfy bed though the pillows were a bit firm for me. The ensuite was big with a very good shower. The rooms are dated and could do with updating. The breakfast was lovely with good choices on the menu and it was free. Free parking as well which is a bonus. I would stay again if the need arises. "

"No windows in the room and quite dirty around window area. Bathroom was not clean enough, no tissues or shower gel. Burnt toast and croissant and a poor breakfast. Lovely location but really needs to improve "

"We were upgraded on arrival to the 6th floor. Room clean with kettle and coffee's etc. Clean bedding and towels supplied. The TV did mot work tho"
