"The people and place were welcoming and helpful. From dealing with a medical emergency to finding a last minute ride to the airport, our hosts could not have been more lovely. They accommodated us more then enough and treated us like family/close friends. We loved our down time at the villa in the swimming pool and on the amazing verandas, and strolling the streets of the village throughout the day was peaceful and picturesque. "The hotel was absolutely stunning. We had a surprise room upgrade, staff and service was incredible the entire trip, and so helpful with everything. Pool area was unreal, not too busy which was nice. Reasonably priced bar and lunch options. Food buffet options were so varied and tasty, we liked having the option of menu items to pick from as well as the buffet, gave a proper restaurant feel. Only thing we felt could improve was after dinner, there wasn’t anything to do as the bar closed at 8pm (except for Wednesday) Would have loved the bar to have stayed open later all week, with more evening entertainment. We still had the best week, would 100% come back and recommend!"
