"Located in a very beautiful and safe district. Almost no tourists at all, just locals. Lot’s of restaurants and bars and cafes. Metro station within 100 meters. Beautiful building and spacious room with a private balcony."
"First off, let me qualify my visit by sharing that im 80 years old, i primarily stay in Cassino 3 months a year, and this is my first experience with hotels of this style, deeply imbeded in large multistory buildings of varied occupancy. I'm currently in route to Puzzuoli. I normally reside on forested mountain acreage where I don't even see my neighbors for weeks at a time. Enjoy the contrast! 😆
Finding these emdeded hotels is challenging, but obviously possible! 🙄 This one has three...
"This b&b was very clean and so conveniently located! It was close to the restaurant and shopping area as well as the metro. Also close enough to the central historic area by Metro, but far enough to be quiet . There was a common area set up with quick breakfast foods (yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee and tea) but also provided was a ticket to get an espresso and cornetto at a local cafe just 3 minutes away. Carlo always responded quickly to any questions we had. Stephano was helpful letting us in...
"Great location! slightly outside of the busy city center of naples but still extremely accessible. Train 1 minute walk away!
Staff was very helpful with helping us navigate the area and accommodating by holding our luggage prior to check in. "
"The owner of the property and the housekeeper are so kind. They are the kindest people whom I met in Italy.
Room is very clean, there is no mold or dirt at all. There are lots of amenities such as shampoo, body soap, body moisturizer, cotton pads and cotton buds, and hand wash.
Thank you!!"
"The place is very nice, stylish, new. Is around 4-5 min walk from the metro station. The owner is very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. I was there in the coldest period of the year, so I found a bit cold inside as well. The heating is with aircon. Overall good and recommend. "

Residenza d'epoca Chiostro San Francesco
10/10 Excellent
"I really liked the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially at the start of my stay when they went the extra mile to help with my taxi from the airport. During my stay they were also helpful with suggestions about what to do in Naples and courteous and friendly in the mornings at breakfast. The hotel is very clean, smart and contemporary looking whilst also being a historic building. I really liked the central courtyard that is also a dining area. Breakfast was good and there was always a lot of choice of food. Food is also served in the evenings at the hotel. The menu wasn't huge, but the food was very good and reasonably priced. The adjoining bar is very popular and has a terrace with a view out over the bay. The room was clean and smart. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower. The hotel is within walking distance of three funicular lines down into the centre of Naples and also the park of the Villa Floridiana is 2 minutes away whilst the beautiful and interesting Certosa di San Martino and the Castel Sant'Elmo, both with stunning views over the city, are about a 15 minute walk. "This place is an absolute must-stay in Naples! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It's so walkable, and the views are breathtaking.
The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. The rooms are also spacious and clean. If I ever go back, this will be that I stay 100% "
"The property is well maintained - it is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great with a good selection. It’s a little hard to find at night (there is another B&B in the same building) but otherwise it is great. Antonella and Adriana are so friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"
