"I liked this place, staff were very friendly and we were offered cold water and/or coffee upon arrival. Keys are a bit sticky in the street entry door and door to the hotel inside. Also, this hotel is located on the second floor and has a small, slow lift (not uncommon in Italy in my experience). "Staff is great. Rooms are clean Not many amenities. Set up like apartments. Code to get in door from the street. And code to get in your room. This is the perfect place to stay if you are going to be out touring and you just need a safe and clean place to sleep and shower. Area is safe. Shops nearby. Metro and taxi stand 3 blocks away"

"Great location! Right next to some great dining and high end shopping. Steps away from a bus stop. Staff is so lovely. The only complaint I'd have is the WiFi was faulty. Checking in to my flight took a bit. Otherwise, a great value. There is an elevator to get up to the floor, but about 10 steps up from the elevator to get to the lobby level."
