Pet friendly Hotels in Stade, Lower Saxony

"I was on an Easter visit to Hamburg with my three boys, and had chosen Radisson to ensure quality. But we were somewhat disappointed. When we arrived, it turned out that the family room we had booked was occupied and we were therefore placed in a suite with a made-up sofa bed. Here, the staff had forgotten to put down duvets and pillows. We asked to have it fixed, but when they came they had only made up for one, why we still needed one. The hotel advertises that it has a spa area. However, it is only open from 4-9 pm, even on public holidays, such as Easter in this case. The hotel's breakfast buffet is clearly undersized for the size of the hotel, which is why the queue for breakfast is incredibly long. Overall, I must say that it was a disappointing experience to visit Radisson in Hamburg."

"Incredible, incredible front desk staff. Everyone was lovely to deal with and made me feel very welcome. My room was very nice, and seemed recently freshened. The bed was extremely comfortable; not too hard and not too soft."

"My room was very clean. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was fresh and offered lots of variety. Did not utilize parking, but the hotel is centrally located near various forms of public transportation. We were able to bike, bus, or use the rapid transit quite easily. This hotel is in a great location near many shops and cafes. I highly recommend and hope to return some day!"

"The entire property is fabulous. The staff is old school classical friendly. A joy to stay at. They are very accommodating. We travels with a dog who had his own bed provided by the hotel. Love this place. "

"4 star hotel but hospitality and helpfulness of staff is underwhelming. Repeated issues with one of elevators during our stay which forced us to carry heavy bags down stairs to stay on schedule during checkout/departure. Reception desk didn't answer calls ( 5 mins of trying on two occasions). Some hardware (towel hooks?) missing in bathroom -hardware/screws sticking out of walls."

"Hotel is modern and clean, it is on a convenient location near two subway stations with direct links to main train station and airport. The rooms are spacious and quiet despite the vicinity to the Reeperbahn. "
