"Unpleasant front desk. Paco- He was very rude and did not have good customer service. We felt like walking on eggshells with him. He also covered the black “help” button so that customers couldn’t press it. When we did press it, he scolded us and told us not to press it. Cleaning staff was horribly rude when we asked for extra towels in the hallway. The room smelled really bad. The foyer especially smelled like musky old feet. We had to Clorox the floor to try to get rid of the smell. Pool was not smooth and our kids got cuts and scratches from swimming. The water bubblers didn’t work by the gym. The gym also had no sanitary wipes to clean down the machines. The temperature of the rooms were horrible. It was stuck on 73-74 degrees and we could not lower it. We asked the front desk and was told it wasn’t their fault and nothing can be done. We struggled to sleep all two nights. Overall, we will NEVER recommend this place and will NEVER return. "

"I wasn’t informed of any breakfast and the hot tub needs to be checkout because you don’t feel the jets guest service was excellent and the parking is a tad bit far"

"Convenient location"

"I messed up our reservation and we needed to stay one more day then we initially planned. My whole group was at a convention and we couldn't come back to move our stuff. The staff moved our booking to another room and moved our luggage FOR us so we could stay at the con. Not only did the staff bend over backwards to accommodate me, but they kept apologizing to me even though the whole thing was completely my fault. On top of that, the whole hotel was spotless and the staff kept being friendly and saying hello every single day. This was our 2nd year here and we're definitely coming back."

"Nice hotel and reasonably priced but no one cleaned our room for 6 days and food was inconsistent. Burgers 8 out of 10. Pizza is a 4 out of 10 at best. Breakast sandwich was good but a small coffee for $3 and it wasnt very good was a bit much."

"Hotel was great! The bar was absolutely horrible. I went to the bar on Thursday night around 9pm, it was kind of crowded, took about 10 minutes to order a draft beer, and even longer to get it. When it finally arrived, which took a good ten minutes, the bartender and barback never checked back up on me, even when I had an empty glass in front of me. I flagged down the barback, asked for my check, and waited five minutes. Threw down $5, and left. Friday night, bar had maybe ten people in it at 8pm. After getting the attention of the bartender and barback twice asking to make an order and getting "Just a second, we'll be right with you", I left after 20 minutes. Horrible, horrible service in the bar. I can't recommend it. "

"This appears to be a place that people "live" in. Lots of garbage around the property, people smoking in their rooms and blowing it out the windows. Rough in general. I think the people the "hotel" people further down in the rooms. Out room was fine for one night. "
