The staff was very accommodating as far as getting us on the 1st floor with the elevator out of order. They were great. Also we went to the restaurant/bar to purchase a bottle of wine for our room the bartender was fabulous with us as well as everyone on at the bar. She was excellent.

Large room with 2 dim lamps, one on either side of the bed. There were 2 TVs -- the one by the bed was non-working, the other in the sofa area had only 1 news channel, the dead bolt on the door did not work. There was not enough light in the room to prepare coffee ( lobby did not have complimentary coffee). No complimentary breakfast. One elevator for the whole building.
