The staff Samantha and Araianne were awesome . The hotel was dirty and the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked a few times there was holes all over it and did not close property. SureStay Hotel by Best Western St. Pete Clearwater Airport
The hotel is run down and desk staff was not clear on protocol when changing reservations. Various items in room did not work and although maintenance was notified no one came to fix and there was no follow up to confirm if it was taken care of.
