"Booked a basic room over the weekend. Everything, including bathroom, was very clean. The bathroom door is just a sliding door (in case this is important to anyone). There was some muted noise from other guests but not too noisy even on the first floor. Staff was watchful and helpful. The hotel is also about a mile from a very big train station. Lots of stores within walking distance. The area is quiet and safe to walk around (though it was raining most of the time, so very few people...

"Beautifully furnished throughout and immaculately presented in every corner. The staff were all very welcoming, professional and helpful. Would definitely stay again if in the area."

"Absolutely love this hotel. We've stayed twice now and its become one of our favourite hotels in Manchester. Dined on both occasions and the food is delicious. Staff are super friendly and helpful too. "

"Clean and tidy budget stay on a main bus route to Manchester. Staff were nice and friendly and place was secure. Just the job. Breakfast was English buffet style with a reasonable choice. "
"Check in and check out was very quick. Staff were very friendly. Got upgraded for free to a larger room which was nice.
Shower and bathroom were great, clean and spacious.
Parking was a little difficult as it was busy, and there are no plug sockets by the bed, just USB connections. Other than that, it was a great stay. "
"Beautifully clean and appointed accommodation.
Host very helpful and friendly.
Only criticism is the bed is just a normal double size.. for us we prefer a bigger bed.
Lovely seating area by a pond which would have been nice to sit by if the weather had been kinder!
Definitely recommend . "
