"Very quiet neighborhood and nice spot in town, exceptional well prepared services to customers , especially helping people who is first time traveller in Czechia."
"Our room was large and comfortable with a good view of the town. The sauna and pool were nice, staff was friendly and helpful. A great stay and a good value. Location is perfect.
My only complaint is there were often no towels available when I went to sauna. It is uncomfortable to sit in a sauna in a woman's bathingsuit without a towel. I understand where some people take too many of the towels especially large ones. Maybe just more small towels for the sauna. "

"We felt really well in the hotel. Very spacious, all comfort, great pool. The buffet was good - I felt personally a bit overpriced.
The hotel made a effort to give a discount for the kids, but there was no kids menu or price listed on the menu. "
"The location is good to take the bus and the view was awesome. The staff were good except one old lady was not friend enough.
The condition is ok but the rooms don't deserve 4.5 stars.
The garage parking was so dirty. Spider nets, and smell. I advise to use the uncovered parking. Because the garage is the main downside of the hotel."
"Lovely stay. Was slightly confused with the parking but turned out I was able to park in the large public carpark opposite (I hope anyway). Very comfortable room with TV and fridge. Receptionist spoke very good english which was nice. Comfy bed. Good shower. Couldn’t fault it honestly, was great value too and in walking distance to the town. "
