Great hotel - stay here, it’s worth it.

I loved this hotel. It was a short bus ride away from Karlovy Vary centre and a world away in terms of peace and quiet. I had a comfortable room in Green House. Staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. And the tunnels! I loved the tunnels. It added a bit of mystery to the hotel.

Overall the property was nice. We didn't realize there was three properties (Blue, Red, Green houses) when we booked it. The underground walk ways made it easier to navigate as it was pretty easy to go from the Green to Blue house for dinner and to the Red house for the swimming pool. We stayed in the Green house and the rooms were pretty dated but were spacious. The dinner buffet was not the best and the hours didn't really lend to flexibility. The bar at the Green house was nice as was the bartender. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel, in a quiet area and in the middle of the nature. We liked the idea that the property building is divided in 3 areas. Not very easy to reach if not with the car. The public transport consists in a bus not too frequent and going up by foot from the city is difficult if you’re carrying luggages. The areas are spacious and the room too even though I would plan some renovation considering the rates applied. We really appreciated the free entry to the spa and the dining buffet option. The breakfast was quite variegated. Finally we considered a little excessive a 40€ per hour late check out option.

İt was a great hotel. İf you dont have car. Bus stop is very close to it. We stayed at greenhouse part. The room was okey cool but there is no Air conditioner. You cannot set the temperature yourself. The staff were helpful. İn room you have kettle. But no tea or coffe. You need to buy them at hotel. Although Hotel has four stars, it does not meet the expectation. Yet it was comfortable and affordable in the City.

Hotel is clean, in good location, on bus routes and walking distance to old town , beautiful surroundings, quiet area. It is very convenient to have a pool with thermal water, hot tub and sauna in hotel. Food is delicious, great variety and different from day to day.

The location is good to take the bus and the view was awesome. The staff were good except one old lady was not friend enough. The condition is ok but the rooms don't deserve 4.5 stars. The garage parking was so dirty. Spider nets, and smell. It is the main downside of the hotel.

Spa +- fairly quiet neighborhood, though about 15 min. walking + fairly clean + big spa area with saunas and pool + the receptionist allowed late checkout because of my car´s tyre defect, thats was very kind . + spa bus stop directly at property - car parking is paid and of limited quantity, though there are some free places in the street.
