"A wonderfully convenient and tidy property perfect for attending a conference at Otago Uni. The kitchen was particularly good and a bonus to have a washing machine, although I didn't need the latter."

"Lovely family house accommodation. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Walking distance to takeaway shop and beach. Lovely friendly owners/ managers who gave great recommendations for dining out and scenic drives"
"What a find! Great location for exploring downtown Dunedin on foot. The building was an attraction itself. Lovely aspect above town with great views from the terrace outside our room. The breakfast was delicious. Fantastic staff. The only downside was the size of our room (Room 10) which was very small (but cosy), and therefore it was hard to manage our luggage in so little space. However, there are bigger rooms available, at extra cost. Would highly recommend!"
"The room is clean, modern, airy, bright and close to amenities. It was easy checking in & out. Their staff are very friendly and approachable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Thank you Palms Hotel. "
