Very quiet, large room. Comfy bed, especially the sheets. Location is great, but parking is tight; entrance was hard to find. Front desk was extremely helpful - gave me a clog to clean my windshield; recommended Moeraki boulders en route to Christchurch. They are amazing. Thanks so much.

the property was in very good condition and well appointed. The young lady at the reception was super nice and friendly. We could not have asked for a better host. I think this is the best hotel in Dunedin I have ever stayed at. I will definitely stay there again if I am in Dunedin

From the street to inside the place is well laid out. Staff accommodated our baggage storage well before check in. Our rooms were also very comfortable, ultra clean and homely feel.
