"Room was clean except the towels were rough feeling, thin and stained. The bath tub did not drain even with the drain plug pulled all the way out. The hotel smells of smoke. Our room was a smoke free room and could not smell any smoke. We did not use the pool or hot tub. Breakfast was packaged little Debbie pastries and donuts. Did not try the coffee."

"This was by far the SMOOTHEST check out ive ever experienced. Took maybe 1 minute.. max. Not even kidding. The 2 gentleman at the front were very nice and welcoming to my family. Room was very clean. I have a issue with bathrooms so it was extremely pleasant to see how clean this bathroom was. Lots of people in the pool yet the area was very well mantained"

"Parking was close and it wasn't expensive compared to other places. Room was clean, the staff was very helpful and kind and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day at mall of america."

"The staff was excellent extremely excellent and friendly The hotel was exceptionally clean, very clean. Loved it. The breakfast was awesome. Better continental breakfast than most places. The amenity that we didn’t like as we were at adult time with the hot tub downstairs by the pool and it did not work And the night staff that was on didn’t know much about the hot tub "

"Left some cheese in the fridge after checkout and got to go back to room and grab it. Very convenient that it's right next to mall of America and the tramline."
