"Lovely place, just off a main road so a handy break in my trip from Poprad Tatry Airport to Hlinne.
Staff were friendly and helpful - and they spoke English, which was a definite advantage for me.
They also have English menus. My previous stay, somewhere with no English menus or speakers, wasn't pleasant, but this stay was.
Before anyone comments. I was in their country so they didn't have to speak English or have English menus - but it helps. "
"When we arrived, woman at the reception said, that they don’t have my booking, although, I booked and paid it 2 weeks before check-in. Anyway, they gave us an another room but without the shower even without mentioning of compensation and excuses. Everything was terrible. Completely terrible. "Our room was on 10th floor and was absolutely amazing, stylish wooden Japanese style walls with loads of mirrors, a comfortable bed, super modern bathroom with bath and shower. The room was really well equipped including a minibar, safe, hairdryer and a kettle. The breakfast was also great, I loved the locally grown cucumber and tomatoes, Slovakian traditional foods and gluten free bakery available upon request. The staff were friendly and helpful. The best of all the hotel has a gym! The only thing for possible improvement would be the slow lift and the view around the hotel from our room. But I’d definitely recommend Yasmin to anyone who wants to stay in Košice and will stay there again! For me 10/10"
