"Really wanted to love it but left ALOT to be expected. This is not a 5* property. People may have left it 5*s because they were happy, but it is a 3* standard hotel at best. Beautiful reception which leaves you excited but then you get to the rooms which are seriously dated. Tired and well used bathroom. Marks on the walls. Scuffs on the furniture. Lack of sockets. Really needs a refurb. A positive was the bed was huge and very comfy. Some staff were really helpful while others need more...
