"We stayed in a good-size, nicely furnished air-conditioned balcony room overlooking beautiful Spinola Bay. We found our room to have comfortable bedding which was also very quiet with the hotel location being perfect to explore Malta further. Plenty of excellent restaurants, bars, plus good ocean swimming spots located nearby within easy walking distance along with public transport options. Hotel staff were also very friendly & attentive to any needs we had during our stay particularly Apple in reception. We would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel does not live up to the Intercontinental name. The hotel needs major room renovations. The lobby area and restaurant areas are nice but the rooms are so outdated. The 1st room we checked in had a musty smell and the carpets were stained. Asked for a room change, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The 2nd room was a bit better but the same issue with the old carpet. We had club access which gave us separate breakfast area, tea time and pre-dinner food and drinks. The Seabeach pool on 19th floor is very nice but even with Club Access we were told that the amenities were not included and it was an extra charge. Overall not a bad stay. Location is perfect. The staff made sure we were taken care of, and they worked very hard with a smile 😊"
