Pillows smelled bad and dust was everywhere on top of the headboards and pictures needs better cleaning but over all a wonderful spot and staff where friendly! Gonna stay there again sometime.

We had coffee and a tea bun as the breakfast room wasn’t opened until 11o’clock. That was a disappointment. The tea bun was wrapped in Saran Wrap but it was dried up. That was very very disappointing.

Sandman Signature St. John's Hotel
Staff were great and room was clean. One elevator was out of service, which is difficult for someone who is disabled. The pool was out of commission.

Alt Hotel St. John's
Property in a good location and close to the airport (as are all of them I guess!). Rooms were nice, staff were very friendly. Overall, a very positive stay and would use again.
