Also, our shower got clogged and was fixed immediately, which I appreciate. "Rooms were okay. We did find pieces of hair in bed on the first day but staff was accommodating to come and redo the bed. We did try to switch rooms but were informed everything was booked at the time. We had no further issues after that. Other than that the staff were very friendly and the view was very nice of the city and location was extremely convenient. "
