He kindly gave us a brief tour of the amenities before showing us to our room, which was immaculately clean. The continental breakfast was enjoyable, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. "The property was perfectly placed and beautifully furnished. It had everything we could want for a short stay in Cornwall. I asked a couple of questions but got no reply ... it was advertised on expedia as having parking which was the main reason we booked it but there is no room anywhere near the property to park which i feel is false advertisising ...other than this we enjoyed our stay in Beautiful St Ives .... reply "

"Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟"
