Hollins Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf

"Hollins Hall is a beautiful property and we have stayed there a few times in the past. The grounds are well maintained and the hotel offers a bar and restaurant. Our room was clean, but basic and with the usual tea and coffee options. There was no bottled water provided, which would have been appreciated, and no refrigerator. I thought the bathroom amenities were somewhat lacking compared to other hotels, but we managed with what was there. We checked out early in the morning, so I can't comment on breakfast. We did not used any of the on site facilities because we were in the area for a funeral. Hollins Hall is special in it's secluded location, and I would recommend choosing a room that has all the options you require for your stay."

"We spent 2 nights at the Old Registtry which is perfectly situated on the Main Street of Haworth and a great location for exploring the area. We stayed in the Tudor room. The photos make it slightly more glamorous than it is but nonetheless, a clean, good sized room. Due to the age of the building, everything is a little creaky. Tea and coffee facilities provided including decaffeinated option. TV in the room but unable to log into Netflix or Amazon due to buffering so you are limited to terrestrial channels. The room was on the same side as the main road but wasn’t too noisy. We had breakfast which was good however only one member of staff taking orders and serving. This didn’t delay breakfast coming out but did mean several tables were left with dirty plates on throughout our meal. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but we did attempt to have a drink in the bar. Unfortunately, although the bar is stocked, they don’t have a license so we were unable to purchase alcohol. The staff were very kind to direct us to alternative venues but the weather was horrendous. We’re not big drinkers so we didn’t mind. The staff offered us tea and coffee which we accepted and spent a pleasant evening in the bar area playing board games. One thing is there’s no parking outside so you’ll need to find off street or paid parking nearby. All together a decent stay and I’m sure once they get the bar up and running, this will improve the venue."

"We had such an amazing stay at this apartment and honestly couldn’t fault it. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so welcoming. The apartment was absolutely spotless, really well organised and had everything we needed. The owner was so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The jacuzzi bath was such a lovely touch and perfect for relaxing, and the bed was incredibly comfy too. We also loved the setting of the apartment — it was such a lovely place to stay and made the whole trip feel even more special. Overall, it was such a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay. We’d definitely recommend it and look forward to our next stay!"

"Late booking for a cycle meetup in Skipton. Emailed the hotel as wasn't sure how the self check in would work and the emailed back quickly with the instructions (these were already sent but ended up in another folder. The room was clean, i booked a single and it turned out to a be a double, that was a nice surprise after the day cycling. The room was in the top of the hotel so had a pitched ceiling, it didn't bother me to much as i was pretty much in and ready for bed. The room was a tad noisy, bit of a creaking floor and some of the guests arriving or coming and going could be heard but still slept pretty soundly. Breakfast was my first interaction with someone face to face and the ladies were lovely and very attentive. Breakfast was good and cooked well, lots of options for cooked and continental, The coffee was a bit weak, but that is probably just an individual thing."
