"Renovated Portuguese-era building. Immaculate condition, while being faithful to its historic roots. A/C worked perfectly . Shower great. Beds super comfortable. Staff was attentive and hospitable. The hotel/ inn is 1 min from the Chinese fishing nets & is perfectly placed for nice shops and a handful of restaurants.
Of the 6 properties in which I stayed on a 2-wk trip, this was easily my favorite.
For visitors flying into COK airport, be aware that with standard traffic it’s 75-90 minutes to the property. (If you transit overnight, it’s more like 45 minutes.)"

"I stayed at Napier Heritage Hotel in Fort Kochi for two weeks with my 10 years old son and truly felt the warmth of a family-run place. The staff were very responsive and kind, and the location was amazing — everything was walkable for us. It’s simple, comfortable, and full of heart. If you’re looking for that genuine family feeling in Fort Kochi, this is the best option. I would definitely return.

"The property is spacious very traditional look tall ceilings large bathrooms. Powerful ac in bedrooms and good fans in the living area. It is well located in the center of fort in a tucked away area. We slept amazingly well and the chef Vishnu took care of all our dietary needs and prepared wonderful Indian meals. Breakfast and dinner. We could not stop eating. Ram the on-site manager of the property took care of our city tour arranged swimming pool in Taj resort helped with tickets for dance performance. Simply fantastic stay. Thank you AMA Ram and Vishnu for memorable stay in Kochi. "
