"I experienced neither the business services nor breakfast because of my schedule. TWO observations: there’s a super steam in the room which requires distilled water in order to use it. Only if I’m carrying a jug of distilled water could I use it - consider the Front Desk’s having it on hand. And the other, more critical - a BIG step up from the curb to walkway in front - with no railing or consideration of aging or physically challenged guests.
