"The check-in process; it requires you to access to the internet (WiFi) or strong mobile phone signals in order to activate the digital keys (to open the gate & your room). My phone has very weak signals and unable to open the link to the hotel website for directions/instructions to the digital keys ....
To make the matter worse; the hotel only sends you the above inf. at 16:00 on the date of your arrival and no sooner; in my case, by the luck of the draw, they forgot to send it to me on time. This check-in procedure is a bit of stressful, because if you arrive early then you have the whole luggage to drag along until you're able to open the gate at 16:00 at the earliest.
The room itself was clean & spacious; the room service staffs were nice/friendly/helpful. The location of the hotel is very close to the Cathedrale Ste. Croix which you could see the towers from the windows of your room. There're many other tourist attractions nearby."
