"The property was great. Spacious and clean. Nice amenities. The man at the front desk had absolutely no customer service skills. He was very rude and made us feel unwelcome. He needs to be in a different line of work and also get some manners. "

"One person manning the bar and handling check-in. The poor girls were struggling. First was given a room eight across from the lifts which have a noisy chime when they open. The staff did change our room however the shower drain had a bad smell which permeated the room. Towels in the room were torn. Reception hung up the phone before even answering. Breakfast was hearty. Compliments to the chef on the scrambled eggs. Buttery and runny and well seasoned. Housekeeping was a let down, they changed the towels but left the rubbish and did not even clean the teacups. Overall way overpriced for an Express hotel. "

"Worth the price, it was very clean. Bathroom is seperate and shared. Pub is there to enjoy drinks, play pool and pokies. "

"It was ok I would recommend that the shower curtain are replaced as they had spots of black mold on them And the carpet underneath the the steps to the top bunk also had mold on the carpet "
