"We had a wonderful stay. We booked a sea view room, the view was superb. The room was lovely and had everything we needed.
The service we received from Steve (the hotel manager/owner) was fantastic. He made sure we were well catered for at breakfast as vegans.
This was the best hotel we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend. "

"We booked to stay here 2 nights in June. The day we were to arrive we got a message from the hotel to say that they were undergoing renovations and they would refund us for our breakfast charges and give us a free to-go breakfast one day. Annoying as we have a very picky eater and the buffet is a main reason we booked Premier Inn. When we arrived it took the counter staff ages to check us in as apparently there was something confusing about the booking in the system. She was very nice though. So...

"Arrived after dark, unable to gain acess to property. No security lighting, very limited parking and key broke in lock. On call seemed perturbed that we had called them out. After gaining access eventually found property had not been cleaned, no bedding , clearly untidy and very poor. Basically , inhabitable. Would not recommend this property."
