Hotels near St. Bernadette Church

"Four things affected my rating: 1. The carpet in the living area (not the bedroom) had several large sticky spots -- not pleasant to walk on barefoot. Not sure what it was sticky from but I had to scrape black matter off my feet a few times. 2. The refrig/freezer was ineffective. I had been told that all the rooms had upgraded refrig/freezer units. Rooms I stayed in on the third and fourth floors had new, improved ones, but this room on the first floor had the old kind where there was no separation between the fridge and freezer. Freezer wouldn't keep ice cream frozen. This may seem like a small thing, but my son and I are living in our truck, so ice cream is a huge treat for times we're at a hotel. 3. The HVAC unit in the living area didn't work. (Yes, I checked if it was plugged in.) Since I sleep on the sofa bed out there, this was an issue. 4. The handle on the toilet was just sort of hanging there. It worked ok -- just was wrong and looked like maintenance is a low priority here. We've stayed at this Ramada many times over the last months, and it's usually fine, especially since the fridge upgrade. This room just wasn't up to snuff."

"Absolutely happy we choose to stay here. Everything and everyone was incredible nice. Good breakfast and nice shuttle drives. Alma at the front desk was super helpful at check in and gave us good advice to move around. Definitely will be staying there again "

"Location was great if you’re needing to be close to SEATAC. Security was very visible which made me feel pretty safe. The front door was locked when I got there around 1am. Security guard offered to let me it, as soon as the front desk person noticed me. I don’t wait long at all. The check in process would’ve probably been a little smoother but as I walked in their system decided to reboot. No fault of the staff. I waited for the system to reload, I was given my key cards. I asked about water… he sold a bottle to me from the front desk for $1! I was happy I didn’t have to go far. The room was clean but dated and had a musky smell. Overall, it was what I needed for the time."

"The airport shuttle service is exceptionally convenient and well-organized. The staff demonstrated genuine hospitality and went above and beyond to assist guests. While the room décor could benefit from modernization, the hotel offers excellent value for money, making it an ideal choice for travelers requiring an overnight stay near Seattle-Tacoma International Airport."

"Airport Shuttle was good until it wasn’t. The pick up was great. The way back though, an appointment was made for 7:30am only to be told that the shuttle didn’t start til 8:00am even though the sign and desk clerk night before said 7:00am start for shuttle. The room was filthy. The floors need mopped, the walls need washed. It was pretty disgusting & sketchy. Probably a great location for shady activities but I’d steer clear with a family. "
