"Renovated in the past couple of years the property was in good nick. Nice decking out front looking towards the sea to sit on. The room we had was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nice roomy shower with decent water pressure. Breakfast was excellent value god money and very tasty. Only bit of criticism is lack of parking space if the hotel is busy."

"I have just got home from my stay at Howarth House and had a wonderful time. Spotlessly clean, rooms really nice. I had a full English breakfast and it was really good. Toast was lovely and warm and the ingredients were good quality. Staff were helpful and courteous. There is parking at the property for about 6 cars. All in all a wonderful stay."
