"I loved that it was right on the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and the pier. A nice little getaway with comfy rooms, comfortable beds, and a large bathroom. Breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to staying here again!"

"The Riverwalk was beautiful. We saw a couple of dolphins! Downtown was no within walking distance so that was the only setback."

"The Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville SE-Med Center is close to the huge Mayo Clinic property, so the staff knows about that medical center. The hotel operates a free hourly shuttle to/from Mayo, and one of the drivers is a regular patient there. He was very helpful about the particular building I was to go to; and he knew about the various restaurants on the complex, as well. I was new to Mayo and a little anxious and he helped me feel more relaxed about the clinic. When I get my surgery done at Mayo, I will use this Holiday Inn Express because I like the staff and I can get a patient discount on my room. My room had a quiet view of an adjacent golf course, so my two night stay was most pleasant."

"They dont keep their word. If u have a issue dont expect a refund. I order a room n got something else cheaper cus they can be truthful. Dont try to give money bac when they mess up. Beach was lovely but that dont have nothing to do with hitel. Stay at your own chance. Never will i come back here. "
