Spokane Boutique Hotel
Easy on/off the freeway. Decent breakfast. Great staff. Comfy bed. Small bathroom. Older building but newly painted and reasonably clean. No issues with homeless. Reasonably low noise given its location. Would stay again.

We went to a concert at the Knitting Factory and this hotel was walking distance to the venue and also the restaurant we met friends at before the show. Comfy beds, friendly staff, and yummy breakfast too!
