  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

Pleasant ski stay

I stayed with my children and we really enjoyed the food and the service in the restaurant/bar was great. My boys liked the playroom for kids and table tennis upstairs. Ski storage was big enough to dry our jackets too. The only negative was the size of our room and no TV. Highly recommended.

Eine Unterkunft mit vielen jungen, freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Wunderbar im grünen gelegen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist grandios. Ein Hotel in das wir immer wieder gerne kommen werden.

Naja!

Das Personal war hervorragend. Sprachlich schwierig, aber es gab immer einen Lösungsweg. Frühstück war toll! Das Zimmer für 3 Personen zu klein. Ausstattung sind wir besserrs gewöhnt. Nasszelle ohne Spiegel, auch sonst unfertig. Wir waren froh, dass das Wetter mit spielte.

Fint standard-hotel

Vores GPS kunne ikke finde vej til hotellet, så vi parkerede i byen. Hotellet ligger i skoven op ad en bjergside. Derfor tog vi taxa om formiddagen fra hotellet til pisterne og tog først retur efter aftensmad. Taxachaufførerne er meget pålidelige og punktlige. Regn med ca. 250-350 (lokal valuta) hver vej. Der er ca. 5 min. kørsel til centrum og pisterne. Vi kunne se at nogle af bilerne ved hotellet havde snekæder på, men ikke alle. Hotellet har et rum til opbevaring af skiudstyr. Vi havde 2 værelser til 6 personer (2+4) og med mountain view. Flot, flot udsigt - som også kunne nydes fra restauranten. Morgenmaden var okay standard. Hvis man vil spise aftensmad på hotellet, skal det bestilles i restauranten dagen i forvejen i Receptionen. Det er også i Receptionen at ugens menu kan ses. Forskellig ret fra dag til dag. Vi spiste ikke til aften i restauranten, så dér kan vi ikke lave nogen anmeldelse. Der er ret lydt på værelserne (fra gangen og naboværelserne), men der er dog ro om natten. Dejligt. Generelt levede hotellet op til de 2 stjerner.

Very average, would not rush back.

Hotel is basic, and the rooms are small for families. Service can be slow at times for drinks and meals. The hotel is good 40 mins away from town if walking.

No frills comfortable hotel with amazing service

No frills, but great value and amazing service. Was perfect for our skiing stay in Spindleruv Mlyn. Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly staff. Our room was basic but had everything we needed which was basically just a place to crash out after a day of skiing - comfy beds in a warm room, with a strong shower. Precisely what we wanted and nothing more. Special mention should go to Stepan who was amazingly helpful and attentive and the rest of the staff who were lovely.

Great views, staff, and overall good.

Hotel is simple, but staff was outstanding and friendly. Location is beautiful with views of valley. There is a challenging road which is icy and not easy to drive to reach there. Rooms are basic. Overall, it was a great place to stay in Spindleruv Mlyn and we enjoyed it.

Clean but small rooms, difficult access in winter

Hotel czysty i ogólnie OK poza ekstremalnie małymi, bardzo skromnie wyposażonymi pokojami, bez TV. Uwaga - hotel położony bardzo wysoko, dojazd leśną, wąską (asfaltową) drogą, w zimie może być bardzo trudny i przysporzyć dużo stresu! Nawigacja źle też kieruje, jechać główną drogą i skręcić jak będzie znak na ten hotel. Jedzenie dobre, bardzo dobre lokalne piwo. Hotel is OK and clean but very difficult drive access because of mountain location.
