"We stayed at the Insula for just a night. They allowed us to stay and use the pool and facilities at the boutique hotel the next day and looked after our luggage whilst we enjoyed ourselves. "Perfect spot to relax for a week. Rooms are a good size and the pool is nice and spacious. Plus, the staff were really friendly and helpful.
Only a few downsides: the pool lining is black so the water gets really hot; the air con isn’t very efficient so rooms don’t get super cold; the hotel is a decent walk from most parts of the island so you need to take the hotel shuttle, which charges €5 per person each time.
There is a sister hotel closer to the restaurants but lacks a pool. "
