"We stayed at the Insula for just a night. They allowed us to stay and use the pool and facilities at the boutique hotel the next day and looked after our luggage whilst we enjoyed ourselves. "It was only a 10 minute level walk to the ferry port. Room was very nice with a balcony facing the sea. We had many food options nearby and the historical areas were just a short walk away. Breakfast was very good, served on a terrace overlooking the sea. I highly recommend but if you have trouble with stairs, it is a 3 flight walk up to the room."

"The hotel, staff and room were amazing. The one negative was that, without any advance notice, the hotel’s restaurant was closed to a private function on both nights, a Thursday and Friday. For a Michilen starred restaurant, that would be unheard of in the US. What made it a bit worse is the staff were clearly uncomfortable with the situation, and would simply say the restaurant was “fully booked,” which was not quite accurate. "

The property is new 2021 and well maintained.

"Convinient location near Napoli Centrale (approx 5 min walking). Police near by. Of note did have cellphone almost stolen. I will admit i was 4 min away from hotel andate at night. In general would recommend being vigilant in Naples. Otherwise hotel waa located in a good location. Also I did attempt to add a 3rd person to my reservation last minute. Was told no via message however, fortunately family member living in Italy was able to contact hotel amd facilitate process and get extra bed in bedroom. We mightve not been lucky if it had not been for my family member. Breakfast was great with many options"
