"Really nice property very close to Palmyra Square and Parr Hall - we were attending a concert there so it was ideal. I thought it was a hotel I'd booked, but it was really more of a self catering apartment. The property did not have a reception, was self check in but the process was very easy and smooth. Room was well appointed with a kitchenette and nice shower room. My only slight gripe was that the property was very dark inside; it had automatic lighting but this didn't activate until you reached a certain point."

"We have stayed at this hotel 10 times now. Always a lovely stay. However on our first night we got woken up with a dog barking which ruined are first night. When we went to complaine the lady at the reception was very helpful her name was Alison. Asked if we wanted to change rooms and gave us a drinks voucher. I just feel we missed out on a relaxing stay."

"Excessive processes, bar codes, marketing. Reminded of airport check in. Targeting the corporate market. Spa area great. Bar/grill noisy, TVs, music, so lively if that't was you want."

"Hotel currently going through refurbishment in different areas. Got an excellent deal with B&B so needed hotel for Sat night in area so grabbed. Stated a Club room which was small but cozy. New refurbed but can see has been done cheaply. Existing damaged ensuite door, old bath with new panels just fitted.. if your gonna refurb, do it properly as looks poor. Pool OK but tub was like a washing machine, needed some de-foamer.. Breakfast was OK, box standard. 1 issue we had was disrespect of neighbouring rooms blasting TV in their rooms, finally had to complain to reception after midnight as was a joke. Would I return, yeah at a cheap deal."

"One night overnight stay for work. Very small room but did the job. No on site restaurant for dinner but there’s a nandos etc a couple of minutes walk away. I was disappointed to be shown to my room on the very top floor for the man who escorted me not to ask if I needed help with my bags - this wasn’t a great first impression. The free breakfast is very basic - just croissants and fruit but cute little cafe."

"Older Premier Inn and tired on the outside but clean rooms inside. A little tricky to get to on trhe busy dual carriageway"
