"I was there just two nights. I remember the room being cleaner in the past. Someone dropped lots of popcorn under the pull out couch. I like the shampoo and conditioner. Rooms are quiet. I DO NOT LIKE THE BUMBS AND DRUGS right outside the Hotel. The stench of urine gagged me! Ottawa was always my favorite City. Not anymore!! Rideau street is a *^+* hole. Love by Ward market but it’s gross getting there. CLEAN IT UP OTTAWA!!! Thank goodness the elevators are designed safe. Love that!! Room was spacious "

"The hotel breakfast was very disappointing. The variety of food was quite limited, and we had to wait a long time in line just to get a table. By the time we finally sat down, there was barely any food left. For example, today when we went to get cornflakes, they told us they had completely run out of milk. Overall, I really didn’t like this part of the experience. As for the room, even though I had booked a city view, all we could see was a tall building right in front of our window, which made the room feel quite gloomy and unpleasant. "

"Room was very clean but the towels and bed sheets had a odor to them. They were clean just did not have a fresh smell. Overall we enjoyed our stay and staff very accommodating. Price of parking was a little steep."

"At start it say a Price plus tx cat the end i pay the double and say we can do nothing with attitude at check in my wife was I chock how she talk to us I pay haft of price at Hilton no charge for the car parking not like here and dog Price is double than other place never again "

"For the price, the overall hotel is not kept clean as well. It is an older hotel but could be better maintained - both in room and hallway."

"Extremely clean facilities. Suite was spacious, everything was in great condition. We loved the amenities in the room (kitchenette, dishwasher, washer/dryer). A/C worked, but took forever to cool down, and it wasn't even super warm outside. Having the option to park onsite (for a fee) was huge, since we drove up from the Boston area. Would have been nice to have some breakfast options in the lobby or in one of the conference rooms. We also thought the "lounge" on the 12th floor was a hotel bar... It's not. It's just an extra room you can rent out for events. Not a big deal, but we were looking forward to grabbing a nightcap!"
