"It was a very clean and well maintained hotel. A friend had an issue with their bathroom but the issue was quickly taking care of."

"The resort tower I was in had multiple elevators that were inoperative during the four nights I was there, making it a very difficult and lengthy process to reach my room which was on the 28th floor and difficult to reach the lobby going back down. At times there was no hot water available so I was unable to shower, the toilet needed to be flushed twice after each use. The air conditioner was very loud, but at least it kept the room cool. Next time I’ll stay elsewhere in Reno."

Alana was extremely professional and helpful, and succeeded in getting us a room. El Dorado performed amazingly! Hotels.com fell down on the job. :-("
