"Staying at the Hyatt Downtown was a great experience for my daughter and I while in town for the Lady Gaga concert. Great location, nice hotel, and I can't say enough about the staff-they were all amazing, from Florian the Manager of the kitchen, to the breakfast, custodial and front desk staff, who all went above and beyond! "For the price, it is very good. A 10-15$ Uber ride to most places. Subway station is a 4 minute walk. Breakfast is ok. Free latte/cappucino all day. Lots of restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. "
