"Check-in staff was adamant and too much money minded. They said like if you book for one night they fill give in first floor and if you book for more than one night they will give upper floors. The first floor rooms are little stinky you need to turn on vent in washroom throughout the stay."

"Our room was not ready for hours due to "inefficient staff ". The staff at the restaurant was exceptionally rude and the front desk was "unable to help" and needed to wait for others to come in for basic asks. A sprinkler head cover fell off the ceiling and hit my father on the head. After we were told we would get a full refund - at least- we got charged for the full amount and no phone call with Management as promised. The room was terrible and the service was terrible. First Marriott stay that was horrible. Corporate needs to step in. "
