"We liked the tropical plants and real palm trees. The pool and water slide were great as well. Unfortunately, the room we got had a brick wall in front. This did not reflect the photos I saw when making our room choice. I saw patio stones and plants. I discovered later that those rooms had 2 queen beds and were not the suite we booked. The photos should be accurate to the room booked. Also, the accessibility was not great as there was only one elevator to access the pool. Also, the pool has no ramp or lift for people wheelchair bound. This means not being able to go into the water."

"Excellent location and great views from the room. The bed was comforrable.The room could have used another chair. It would be better if parking was included and a discount on the breakfast. Also Best Western points should be given regardless how you book your stay. "
