Southwestern Ontario hotel rooms a the Delta Hotels

"Great experience. Plan on staying again. Was there one night with my daughter for a sporting event. Breakfast was included in what I purchased and so worth it! Pool was nice, clean and warm. Room was nice, good location right downtown, would have liked more time to check it out more. Staff was amazing, especially check in. "

"We liked the tropical plants and real palm trees. The pool and water slide were great as well. Unfortunately, the room we got had a brick wall in front. This did not reflect the photos I saw when making our room choice. I saw patio stones and plants. I discovered later that those rooms had 2 queen beds and were not the suite we booked. The photos should be accurate to the room booked. Also, the accessibility was not great as there was only one elevator to access the pool. Also, the pool has no ramp or lift for people wheelchair bound. This means not being able to go into the water."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay even more special. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The amenities were great overall, and I especially appreciated the hot tub after a long day. The only downside was that the chlorine level seemed a bit high, which made it less relaxing than expected. Still, that was a small issue in an otherwise fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
