"Price gauging and couldn’t move reservation. Same room 2 different weekends, $120 difference. I get that hotels can do this but the biggest problem I had is I was standing in front of them on a Friday night at almost 10pm before I realized I booked the wrong date. I was more than willing to pay the $120 difference and they had a room available, but said I would have to pay the full $175 for the room that night which was available and would still lose the full amount on the next weekend.why not just let me move my reservation which is still a week out, I would pay the difference."

"Minus there being an entire kids hockey team staying (nothing the hotel can control), it was a good stay. Great breakfast, easy accessible parking, nice hot tub, and a fast check in. We did get a knock on the door from housekeeping quite a few hours before check out even though we had ‘do not disturb’ hung on the door. That was a little confusing but all in all, a nice stay for the $ spent."
