"The check in was nice and so was the room. The shower on the other hand was not clean, not even hosed off. There were lots of tiny hairs, most likely pubic, gross for a Hilton affiliate. Have stayed here before and never have I encountered that. Definitely will not stay here again. Front desk just said “sorry, let us know if there are any other issues”."

"Excellent stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Jackson/Pearl, MS. The staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Great location with easy access to dining, shopping, and the airport. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Very clean, spacious rooms, nice common areas and good breakfast. We didnt make it in time for the dinner or drinks. The staff were very friendly. We will return on our next trip through the area."
