Clean rooms, friendly staff, would definitely stay here if visiting Natchez.
We Recently Stayed here and I was very impressed. The staff was incredible friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable I would definitely recommend The Bridges Hotel!
Clean and quiet hotel. It was surprising that there was not a closet or iron in the room. Also, no breakfast available but there are restaurants nearby. Overall, if you're ooking for a very clean place just to lay your head with reasonable rates, then this is the place for you.
Fairly new hotel, still knocking out the kinks! No problems really, the bed was super comfy and front desk was very attentive and nice! Would definitely stay again
Beautiful hotel, great location and management was excellent. There was no phone connection to the fron desk/house keeping.. Had to ask for toilet paper as well as go to the front desk to get it myself. Room temp was controlled by the hotel, stayed in a hot room for 3 days. Bathroom floor had urine on it, had to ask to have it mopped. When I asked questions, received the same answer several times "waiting on corporate to make decisions"
OMG, the staff were amazing. Front desk, housekeeping, kitchen. They were very friendly and were easy to talk to. The staff gave me food ideas, fun things to do and had beautiful smiles. Those attributes alone is why I'll be back. I was solo because my my friend backed out last minute. I felt so safe here too.
Stayed here because family was at riverview across the bridge. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that it was newly remodeled so we thought that meant the room would be in great shape. However, it was not. TV had some yellow goo all over the screen, the window overlooking outside had fingerprints and smudges all over it. The sink and shower both had hair in them, and the water pressure was awful- shower took forever to warm up. The comforters felt damp the moment from we walked in the room & it felt very humid even when we left the AC running low while gone. No closet area. All the lobby had for refreshments was a small water dispenser & coffee station without to go cups. no complimentary breakfast, but a small grab and go area would’ve been nice before heading out for the day. wasn’t worth the price we paid.
The room was pretty clean and the staff was nice. My only real issue was the fact that they required a $250 deposit for incidentals. I didn't pay that much for the room for the 2 nights combined. For this reason I probably will not be staying here again. And I probably wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

Rooms were clean but did not have microwaves. We were offered by staff to use their microwaves. There was no ice but we were informed about that. The did not have vending machines. Only one soda machine. Staff were amazing and they were apparently remodeling so I understand having issues. Overall it was great and the staff were great but not a perfect stay due to no ice, microwaves, or vending. Would definitely stay here again.
The room and hotel were great, recent renovations are wonderful.
We would have rated it a five star due to the friendliness of staff, but due to not getting into sleep until three AM because of the noise level above us, we had an awful night of sleep. Staff warned the people twice, but to no avail.
