Universal’s Loews Royal Pacific Resort

Universal’s Loews Royal Pacific Resort

10/10 Excellent
"From the moment we stepped out the car we were met with helpful and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. This carried into the foyer and check in, Kellie opened a desk to check us in specifically and gave us all the necessary information for our room and our express park tickets. After leaving our bags in the room we got the Hotel’s river taxi to the parks for the day and back again later in the evening. We visited the Island Dining restaurant for dinner and again we were met with incredible service from the staff at the entrance and our server Favy, looked after us all night, recommended some options of the menu, we decided to go with the recommendations and all of them were delicious. When it came to check out in the morning, the process couldn’t have been simpler, and the luggage services looked after our bags to allow us to visit the parks again for the day."
