"It was great very beautiful hotel. Close to Disney! The only thing I didn’t like is that the rooms are connected by the bathroom area was a little bit uncomfortable with that idea."

"We stayed a short time at the hotel so we have no way to evaluate it as a whole. Regarding the room, it is very spacious, cozy, good bed, good shower. We were satisfied with him. We were not satisfied with the breakfast bistro. Very confusing and the staff did not collaborate in the sense of helping to understand how it works."

"We had great bartenders, worked to make the non alcoholic drinks very appealing for the children in our family with great excitement. Front desk upgraded some of our party so we had joining rooms. The buses straight to the attractions was such a plus. Also a great gym for those who work out on vacation. Third visit to Cabana Bay."

"Staff very welcoming and able to answer all of my questions. Room and facilities were clean but I think the carpet needs upgrading or replaced with laminate flooring. Linens were clean. I would suggest trash bags in the cans maybe. Would definitely stay here again"

"This hotel was a great place for the price! Bed and room was clean and staff was helpful during check in. My only concern was the highway being quite loud in the night because we were RIGHT by it. Despite this, we would definitely stay again!"

"Awesome stay! Room was beautiful and the property had everything! I took off a star because they charge like 30 bucks for a cot and everything was so expensive. The staff were great and so helpful. I would stay again for the unlimited fast passes if we go back to Universal some day. Also, being able to check our bags and pick up the passes to go to the park early before our check in time was great!"
