"Could of been better breakfast"

"Beautiful hotel. Only negative was the only parking option was valet."

"A dog pooped in the staircase and it was there for about 4 days as it slowly got mashed into the ground and around. Then they just mopped."

"This hotel is not worthy of a 9 rating. The breakfast was descent, the place was mostly clean, but the mattress is terrible and the TV is small. There were only 6 or 8 channels available on the TV. Just not a great place to stay with all the options available. "

"The hot tub and pool were very smelly and cloudy. The locks on our dooor were broken. We weren’t allowed to use the side door when leaving and disabled but had to walk around the whole building to get to my car. The breakfast was a sad disappointment. The check in lady and gentleman at the front desk were very sweet and nice. The check out lady Monday morning seemed stoic and a bit grouchy. The rooms are very thin walled and we got to hear a baby cry all night the first night. "

"They fit me in last minute as the first hotel I had booked wouldn’t allow dogs. Concern- back door didn’t lock and there were noisy people outside my window but I didn’t complain so my problem. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Embassy Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, and the manager and reception team provided excellent service that made the experience even better. I would also like to specially thank Anna, Djoko, and Bert from the restaurant for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. They were very attentive, professional, and made us feel truly comfortable. Overall, everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for the amazing experience! "
