Hotels with Airport Shuttle in Southwest Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

"Room is filled with roaches and the toilet wouldnt flush due to broken water diaphragm. Pool was filthy and greeish and the hot tub was drained out of order. Loud drunk adults slamming doors with their kids running up and down the halls all past 3am. Nobody would answer the front desk phone to complain. We had our room changed in the morning only to return to our bags missing. They said housekeeping took them thinking the previous people forgot them. So no communication there. The elevator is sketchy and stinks Couldnt eat breakfast due to sheer amount of unruly kids unmonitored taking every available item back to their rooms. Definitely needs a visit from the health department. Wish I could attach the photos of the roaches and conditions. "

"Great location but rooms were just okay. We got two rooms and one had no chair the other had no hairdryer. They were pretty good at bringing more towels but one night we requested TP (room was completely out) and it took more than two hours to get more. The hot tub was out of order. Elevators were slow and only seemed to work half of the time. The parking was complicated the valet service was good but slow. But the Location and price can’t be beat. Easy access to the street car and very walkable to all the attractions. "

"Clean room, hallways needed vacuuming. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was mostly gone when we got there, one hour before it closed. "

"The rooms and especially the bathrooms are very dated and neglected in maintenance. The bathrooms are very small. The breakfast area was insufficiently stocked and disappointing compared to other Embassy Suite hotels. Overall did not deliver the usual Embassy Suite experience."
