"The clerk at the desk, I cannot, for the life of me, remember her name. She was WONDERFUL!!! She remembered us from last month. In the morning, we woke up a bit late so when we tried to get the waffles for the (included) breakfast, Starla came and helped get the batter to make them. Someone had just took all of the sausage and Starla refilled those too. The place looks like it is well taken care of. We have not been able to try the pool yet but maybe next trip! Great place!! Will be making this our favorite place in New Buffalo, MI "

"Breakfast was hot. Room was clean but unfortunately the first night our personal hot tub did not work. The owners fixed it and it worked great however we came back that evening to our room door not locked. Then the next day our room was not cleaned. Otherwise staff was very friendly and understanding of our concerns. "

"It doesn't mention anywhere on their site it's at the pool is not open. We're traveling with a small child and the pool was selling point for us! Who was closed I guess they're doing major renovations."

"Room was clean, staff were friendly, waterpark was great! It’s closed during the week, but they will open it for guests. The large slides don’t run during the week, but my boys had a blast having the waterpark to themselves for 2 days! Breakfast was good and the lobby has an excellent seating area! Great location off 94 and near some good restaurants. Our bathtub wasn’t clean but we just dealt with it since it was a short stay. Otherwise we had an excellent stay. "
